Why nixbit exists.
Founders kept telling us the same story. They hire an agency, get a senior pitch, and end up with junior code, a stack of out-of-scope emails and a product nobody can explain after the handoff.
The other option is a freelancer who is gone the week production breaks.
So in 2023 we built the studio we would want to hire: accountable for all of it, scope to production.
We are based in Europe and work with teams wherever they are.

I started nixbit after years of building other people's products from inside somebody else's process. The code was rarely the problem. The distance was: one team sold the work, another built it, and nobody owned the result.
nixbit builds with the engineers I worked beside in those years, eight to ten seniors I have already shipped with. Each project gets the ones whose lane it needs.
There is no bench to keep busy, so we take fewer projects at a time and staff each one from that group.
